All client information, including customer email addresses, phone numbers, and credit card numbers, is confidential.  We will not, nor have ever, sold or exchanged customer information with any outside party.  Period.

Our employees have access to customer data only on a "need to know for the performance of their official duties" basis.  To prevent being stolen by hackers and unauthorized employees, credit card information is kept encrypted  and it is divided and stored briefly in two separate components.  Each component resides in separate, non-identifiable files that are destroyed after the order is processed. This is why you must re-enter your credit card after you place every order.  We take credit card theft very seriously and have taken several step to protect you, our valued customer.

Unless written authorization is given by the customer, we will not disclose any customer information to anyone, period. This includes close friends, family members, spouses and significant others. Only the customer of record can verify our information, and only after we have "grilled" them to make sure they are who they claim they are. Please don't ask for exception to this policy.   Information to authorities with jurisdiction, during the performance of their official duties, will only be given with a properly executed Court Order or Subpoena.
